Annette Smith and her fellow volunteers wanted to help keep the cost of summer camp low for children of a local church in rural Iowa. With the help of 25 volunteers and Difference Maker Fund, Annette was able to provide dinner for three days to youth summer camp attendees! The grant helped cover the costs of dinner, beverages and desserts for each child. Because Annette and her volunteers were able to provide free dinners to the children, Bethany Evangelical Free church was able to host the summer camp at no cost to the children and their families.
