Royal Neighbors is a nonprofit insurance organization committed to providing Insurance with a Difference℠. Empathy is part of that unique promise.

All Royal Neighbors beneficiaries and up to four family members have access to Empathy - a bereavement support solution giving your loved ones full-circle care through life’s most challenging moments.

When your loved one calls us to make a claim, we will notify them of this complimentary service. From the date of registration, they will have two years to utilize Empathy’s services.

With Empathy, they will have access to:

• Step-by-step assistance with funeral planning, settling the estate, navigating probate, claiming benefits, and more.
• A personalized Care Plan tailored to their specific needs
• Ability to scan and store all important documents securely in one place
• Resources on coping with loss and grief
