and dance for community members aged 50 and older. One of the couples attending shared that they felt like their age group is no longer seen but that this event made them feel seen.

Project Title: Holiday Food Giveaway for Needy Families
Through this Difference Maker Fund project, 25 bags of food were given to needy families in the Dania Beach, Florida, area at St. Ruth Missionary Baptist Church in December. The families were grateful to receive staple food items during the holiday season.

Project Title: Warmth and Waiting: A cup of care and comfort for the community
People waiting in line for food assistance were provided with extra warmth and comfort as this youth member and her mom served warm apple cider and handed out winter essentials such as hats, gloves, scarves, and socks. Their aim was to make the experience of waiting in line more personal and comforting.
