LuAnn used the Difference Maker Fund to purchase items for a school “store” where students can shop for necessities
anonymously. The store’s items include lip balm, deodorant, shampoo, leggings, t-shirts, and nail clippers.

Project Title: Book Vending Machine
The school Carly supports offers a book vending machine where students can choose a free book. Carly researched popular books for all
age groups and used her Difference Maker Fund to purchase books.

Project Title: Back-to-School Supplies
With the school year starting, Clarence recognized that some children needed back-to-school supplies. He used the Difference
Maker Fund to purchase book bags and school supplies and handed them out to students in his neighborhood.

Project Title: Sensory Garden
Pedro used his Difference Maker Fund to add a sensory garden to an existing natural playground at a local school. With the help of several
volunteers, Pedro built a sensory wall with many textures and water for students to explore.

did just that with her Difference Maker Fund by restocking the teacher’s lounge at an elementary school with snacks and goodies.
